At The Recovery Academy, we understand the unique challenge individuals with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders face. Our programs are tailored to each individual, understanding the unique challenges that exist for young adults, mature adults and the families involved. Our programs are all-inclusive, yet highly tailored to each individual. Accountability, respect, fun, hope, healing, and camaraderie provide the basis for recovery.

The Recovery Academy provides treatment and support for individuals with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders by providing comprehensive care that addresses the unique needs of each individual. By understanding the individual and providing specific care, successful outcomes can be achieved.

The Recovery Academy’s 14-Bed Residential Mental Health Treatment (Coming Soon!) provides highly-structured and effective treatment for individuals 18-36 with mental health and co-occurring disorders by focusing on the unique challenges this generation faces.

Our program addresses the unique conditions including: Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Schizophrenia and Other Psychotic Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, Eating Disorders, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Residents attend Residential Mental Health Treatment for 30-90 days where they are transitioned from assessment and treatment to lower levels of care, ensuring ongoing success and support.

Our Transitional Living Program provides 24/7 support in St. Paul, Minnesota’s most desirable neighborhoods, ensuring men receive the support they need to find the confidence, success, drive, and motivation through self-discovery, self-confidence, and belonging. Individuals attend outpatient programming, specific to their needs and coordinated by The Recovery Academy staff.

How is The Recovery Academy different from other treatment and transitional living programs in St. Paul and Minneapolis?

At The Recovery Academy, we understand the complexities of substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders, as well as the profound impact they have on individuals and their families. Our mission is to guide clients and their loved ones through these challenges with empathy, integrity, and personalized care. We do this by offering a full continuum of care depending on your unique needs. Our expert team will assess and advise you to seek the necessary treatment option.

Extending past substance use disorder, The Recovery Academy understands the complexities of substance use, mental health and co-occurring disorders, and the expert care required for self-discovery and long-term success. The Recovery Academy’s Mental Health Residential Treatment provides an opportunity for young adults, 18-36 to start their treatment journey with the highest level of care and support available. Through Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS), specific programming is provided seven days a week to address the unique needs of young adults through assessment, individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, dual-diagnosis treatment, self-esteem building, addressing technology and integrating family therapy.

Our Transitional Living Program provides the comprehensive support men require to succeed. Located in St. Paul, Minnesota’s most desirable neighborhoods, our program addresses the unique needs of men, ensuring a successful transition from residential care to ongoing support and independent living. The Recovery Academy residents can have access to his phone/computer, personal vehicle, as well as work, go to school and participate in any outside treatment programs, such as IOP. We recognize that everyone’s journey to recovery is unique, which is why we tailor our treatment to address their specific needs and aspirations. Our Residential and Transitional Living programs address each aspect of recovery to ensure successful outcomes.
